Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Threadmation ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan users. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Service

Threadmation is an AI-powered tool that allows you to generate, schedule, and automatically publish content to your Meta Threads account. The Service includes:

• AI thread generation using large language models via OpenRouter
• Post scheduling and calendar management
• Continuous automation templates
• Threads account integration via the official Threads API

Threadmation is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Threadmation to:

• Post spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or artificially inflate engagement.
• Post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Violate Meta's Threads Terms of Use or Community Guidelines.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to conduct any automated activity that violates platform policies of any third-party service.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the Service without our written consent.
• Use the Service to spread misinformation, hate speech, or content that promotes violence or discrimination.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. AI-Generated Content

Threadmation uses third-party AI models to generate content based on your prompts. You understand and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is published.
• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any generated content.
• You own the content you create using the Service, subject to any rights held by the underlying AI model providers.
• We are not liable for any consequences arising from content generated and published through the Service.

6. Subscription Plans and Payments

Plans

Threadmation offers a Free plan and paid plans (Starter, Pro). Plan limits including monthly AI generations, scheduled post quotas, and feature access are defined on the Billing page and may be updated with notice.

Payment

• All prices are stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed by Midtrans. By subscribing, you agree to Midtrans' terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Annual plans are billed once per year. Monthly plans are billed each month.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, we generally do not offer refunds once a billing period has started. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for genuine technical failures that prevented use of the Service. Contact us within 7 days of purchase to request consideration.

Downgrades and Cancellation

You may cancel your paid plan at any time. Access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan and plan limits apply.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled posts may be delayed or fail due to:

• Threads API downtime or rate limiting by Meta
• Expired or revoked Threads access tokens
• Maintenance windows (announced in advance where possible)
• Force majeure events

We are not liable for missed or failed posts, including any business impact resulting from such failures. We recommend monitoring your post queue regularly.

8. Intellectual Property

The Threadmation name, logo, and application code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.

Content you create, including your prompt templates and written posts, remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Threadmation and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of followers, engagement, revenue, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Threads API Compliance

Your use of Threadmation is subject to Meta's Threads API Terms and Community Guidelines. You are responsible for ensuring that content you publish via our Service complies with Meta's policies. We may be required to disable your Threads integration if Meta revokes our API access or requires us to do so.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
